Client Support Manager
WellDrive is expanding rapidly and is looking for determined and driven individuals who are willing to go
the extra mile. The WellDrive operations team is looking to add another Client Support Manager that
will manage client well data, files, access, users, and third-party vendors. This role is based in Houston,
TX.

Overview of Responsibilities
The Client Support Managers are a dedicated part of the WellDrive team. This role is responsible for
client management, communicating directly with the client and their contractors, answering questions,
and solving issues. This position is responsible for checking all entries uploaded to WellDrive by both
contractors and clients daily, and taking corrective action where needed. This role will manage user
accounts including creating, editing, deleting, and updating accounts.
This role is a full-time position. The Client Support Managers must be available to answer occasional
calls and respond to client emails after normal business hours. This role will be required to be a part of
an on-call rotation to answer calls from the main operations line.
The expected workday schedule is 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday. This schedule can be extended
dependent on deadlines. Daily tasks and duties are expected to be completed by end of the day as well
as any tasks assigned by the Operations Manager following the completion of daily tasks.
Requirements
• Understand oil and gas related files that exists in drilling, completion, and production activities
• Comfortable with MS Office applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Formal relevant education or extensive experience in operator or service company a plus

Software Developer
WellDrive is continuing to grow and expand rapidly and is looking for determined and driven individuals
who are willing to go the extra mile. The WellDrive team is looking to add a Software Developer who is
both talented and self-motivated. This position will report to the Lead Developer and works alongside
other developers on the team to deliver technology driven solutions that support the needs of our
internal and external users. The position is full-time and based in Houston, TX.

Overview of Responsibilities
This role is responsible for writing code for new features, bug fixes, and refactoring existing code,
according to given specifications. Participation is expected in all meetings to discuss solutions and new
ideas. Although it is NOT an on-call role, this position must also be available for regular updates outside
of normal business hours. This role is flexible for completing project tasks as long as adhering to delivery timelines. The expected workday schedule is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. This schedule can be extended dependent on deadlines.
Required Skills
• 4+ years of real-world experience building large-scale, complex, browser-based business
applications
• Clear communicator with a history of completing projects on time with minimal oversight
• Ability to work alone, as well as with the rest of the dev team, always toward common goals.
• Experience with the following languages/technologies: – C# – Entity Framework – ASP.NET WebAPI or other RESTful web server framework, Autofac or other dependency injection
framework, JavaScript, 1+ JavaScript Frameworks (Backbone/Marionette, Angular, React, Vue),
HTML5, CSS
• Exposure to some or all the following client-side libraries: Bootstrap, jQuery,
Underscore/Lodash
• Exposure to Distributed Source Control, OOP & design patterns, SQL-based RDBMS (MS SQL,
Postgres, MySQL)
Desired Skills
• Visual Studio 2017 or later, MS SQL 2016 or later, Telerik Kendo UI (UI/UX design skills not
required), SSO/Identity Server, Git, NUnit or another unit-testing framework, GemBox,
WellView, OpenWells
Bonus Skills
• Oil & gas industry experience
